Organized by the ACS Student Chapter at TEC, and with the support of the ACS Student Chapters at UNA, at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and at the Universidade Federal do Cearà. It is also sponsored by the ACS and the College of Chemists of Costa Rica.

The Festival is aimed at all audiences, although with special interest in children and young people from schools and colleges. The objective is to generate and motivate scientific vocations through experiments that the participants themselves will carry out.
